MISSION
The journey started with a documentary about an inspiring homemaker Uma Mani who fell in love with Corals underwater. Her experience led her to discover the effect of climate change on corals and the urgency to protect them. The project started to revive the blue heart of our planet, for which they created awareness and built youth ambassadors using the medium of cinema and other art forms.

This project started to revive the blue heart of our planet. It began with a documentary about Uma Mani, who was in love with the corals, had an unpleasant experience underwater, which revealed the effect of climatic change. In the same year, Coral Women collaborated with 1GEN and developed a digital platform to raise more awareness.
To build awareness, the Coral team started doing virtual tours, where people could see underwater life and know how things are affected and the urgency to protect them.
A total of five virtual tours had already been conducted, for which we have received some fruitful feedback.
