We also believe that the world can be changed by making small efforts that are full of kindness and compassion. As part of this belief, We annually organize the 10:10:10 Initiative for the entire organization. Every team member is given 10$ to invest in an IDEA! An idea that has 10x impact in just 10 days.
Every member is encouraged to brainstorm, collaborate and pool resources, as they come up with a novel concept, allowing them to exercise their creativity while they generate long-lasting sustainable solutions.
